The Day of Your Interview

Candidates for the Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Program usually arrive at Logan International Airport the evening prior to their visit.

Take a taxi or a shuttle service to the Best Western Boston’s Inn at Longwood Medical, where there will be a reservation in your name. (Children’s Hospital Boston pays the room charge and tax for a one-night stay.) The hotel is within a block of the hospital.

The next morning, you will begin your visit by attending the morning conference in the Wittenborg conference room (Main 2) at 7:45. During the course of the day, you will have half-hour interviews with faculty who serve on the Fellowship Selection Committee and eat lunch with the current fellows.

Group interviews will be conducted 5 days per season. The dates for this season are (in 2010): Monday, September 27; Friday, October 22; Monday, November 15; Friday, December 17; and Monday, January 14, 2011.

Your day will be finished by 4:00 p.m., leaving you ample time to return to the airport for an evening flight.
