The Department
The Department of Radiology,
located on the second floor of the main hospital
building, is a stimulating, challenging and rewarding
place to work. While our faculty members are dedicated
to excellence in teaching, research and clinical care,
they are also committed to openness, collegiality and
respect for trainees and patients.
Our department features state-of-the-art imaging
equipment and a digital picture archive and
communication system (PACS) which makes images
immediately available to clinicians via the hospital’s
Web-based results reporting application. Radiologists
also use a voice recognition system that eliminates the
need for reports to be dictated, transcribed and
reviewed.

- six radiographic rooms
- three fluoroscopic rooms
- two vascular/interventional suites with digital
fluoroscopy
- six ultrasound units with Doppler and color-flow
